Consultancy Services
Barry is available for a range of services. These include:
- keynote presentations at conferences or training days
- workshop sessions with staff and/or students in all key stages
- in-service training sessions for schools and LAs
- governor training/awareness
- presentations to parents
The content of presentations and workshops usually consists of one or a combination of the following themes:
- inclusive approaches to gifted and talented education
- fostering intrinsic motivation to learn and take intellectual risks
- thinking, learning and reflecting
- creativity, enrichment and extension
- Philosophy for Children/Communities (P4C)
- Dilemma-Based Learning (DBL)
